Q. What is your safety protocol? 
A. At Aime Child, taking care of both the community and our employees is important to us, especially during the ever evolving COVID-19 situation. All Aime Child all employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when during the production process. 

Q. How do I make sure I order the right size? 
A. Each product description includes detailed size specifications in inches and centimeters. If you have any other questions about sizing feel free to contact us directly. 

Q. Where do you ship from? 
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in Lakewood NJ, Mooreland Ga, Sparks NV, and Carlisle PA. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please expect your orders to ship separately if you ordered ordered more than one. 

Q. What countries do you ship to? 
A. We are currently worldwide.

Q. How long does your order processing take? 
A. Generally your order will be processed within 1-2  business days. We may even be able to ship your order same day if its placed before 11am EST.

Q. What is your return policy? 
A. Our return policy is 30 days from date of reciept. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Check out more on our return policy here
